Dr. Louie Astrera Anquilo has been practicing for over 17 years and is currently on staff at Fort Mill Urgent Care in Fort Mill, South Carolina. Dr. Louie Astrera Anquilo gained his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Santo Tomas in Manila, Philippines in 1999. After moving to the United States, Dr. Anquilo completed a residency at Conemaugh Valley Memorial Hospital in Pennsylvania.
Dr. Anquilo is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine, and in addition to his practice, he has also served as the Medical Director of South Carolina’s Wellmore Nursing Facility. He remains a member of the American Medical Association and the American Academy of Family Physicians, and says that his success is due to his desire to make a difference in his patients’ lives, and the emphasis he puts on listening to patients. When not working, Dr. Anquilo enjoys long distance running, particularly half and full marathons.
