The International Nurses Association is pleased to welcome Virginia (Ginny) Bache, RN, to their prestigious organization with her upcoming publication in the Worldwide Leaders in Healthcare. Virginia (Ginny) Bache is a registered nurse with a vast expertise in all facets of nursing. Virginia is currently serving patients as an author and nursing consultant in Ohio. With over 55 years of experience in nursing, she specializes in nursing administration and skilled nursing and infection prevention.
Virginia (Ginny) Bache graduated from a diploma program in Nursing from Mount Carmel College of Nursing in Columbus, Ohio in 1959, becoming a Registered Nurse. In 1976, Ginny added a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from Arizona State University, and later accumulated post- graduate hours from Catholic University. Virginia was also certified in Infection Control, Nursing Home Administration and more. During her long and successful nursing career, Ginny has worked in many different fields, including serving as a nurse with the US Air Force. She has published a book entitled ‘Finding A Nursing Home, What You Find When You Get There’ under the pen name of V.K. Lynn, and has now just released her latest book entitled “Wake Up America! Our Healthcare is Being Usurped”.
Ginny attributes her success to her love of nursing, and having worked in so many different areas, learning something new each time. She is a breast cancer survivor, and part of the Dragon Dream team, a team of breast cancer survivors with a mission of helping those who are going through the trauma of being diagnosed with a terminal illness. When Ginny is not assisting patients, she enjoys Dragon Dream Team Paddle Boat racing, raising money for breast cancer survivors.
