With over 22 years of experience, Awilda specializes in operating room nursing.
Awilda was educated at Pontificia Catholic University in Ponce, Puerto Rico, where she graduated in 1998. She holds additional certifications as an Advanced Legal Nurse Consultant, Certified Specialist in Poison Information, Certified Addictions Registered Nurse, and maintains a professional membership with the College of Nurses and Health Professionals of Puerto Rico.
Awilda attributes her success to a good attitude, the ability to think critically, a willingness to collaborate, and the desire and ability to care for people of all ages. When she is not assisting patients, Awilda enjoys reading, dancing, attending church, helping the elderly, and spending time with her family.
