With an upcoming publication in the Worldwide Leaders in Healthcare, Leigh Glasgow, RN, joins the prestigious ranks of the International Nurses Association. She is a Registered Nurse with 14 years of experience in her field and an extensive expertise in all facets of nursing, especially critical care nursing. Leigh is currently serving patients as Staff Nurse II at Queen of the Valley Medical Center in Napa, California, where she works on the hospital’s float pool, medical guarded unit, and intensive care unit. Furthermore, Leigh is a Travel RN at Scottsdale Healthcare-Osborn Campus in Scottsdale, Arizona, where she serves on the Cardiac Telemetry Unit.
Leigh obtained her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science at the University of Memphis in 1996. She then went on to receive her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing at Austin Peay State University School of Nursing in Clarksville, Tennessee. Additionally, Leigh holds certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Basic Life Support, and Pediatric Advanced Life Support, and maintains a professional membership with the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses. When she is not working, Leigh enjoys reading and hiking.
