Deanna Speight is a Family Nurse Practitioner and CEO at Speight Family Medical in Munford, Tennessee. With over 23 years of experience in nursing, she is a specialist in family medicine.
Dr. Deanna Speight gained her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Memphis in 1997, having already gained nursing experience in the Baptist Health System. A Master of Science degree in Nursing then followed from Mississippi University for Women, before she gained her Doctor in Nursing Practice degree from Saint Louis University.
In her long and successful career, Dr. Speight has worked in many areas of nursing, initially in cardiology and internal medicine, and now in family practice. She is licensed as an Advanced Practice Nurse and is a certified Nurse Practitioner, as well as being the CEO for her own practice. Furthermore, Dr. Speight maintains a professional membership with the Tennessee Nurses Association, and attributes her success to the unwavering support of her family. When is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, Emma Grace and Anna Claire.
