Dr. Alain Hyman gained his Doctor of Medicine degree at the University of Montpellier’s Faculty of Medicine in 1980. After moving to the United States, he completed an internship at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, and then residencies at Mount Sinai Medical Center and City Hospital. Dr. Hyman then undertook a fellowship at the New York University Medical Center.
Dr. Hyman is certified by the American Board of Radiology, and is a specialist in diagnostic radiology and the use of MRI and computed tomography. He has had four medical papers published and remains a professional member of the Radiological Society of North America and the New York State Radiological Society. Dr. Hyman says that his success as a radiologist is due to his experiences in medical school and the knowledge that he gained there.
