She is a registered nurse with 36 years of experience in her field and extensive expertise in all facets of nursing, especially critical care and cardiology nursing. Sheri is currently serving patients as a certified cardiovascular registered nurse at Memorial Hermann Sugar Land Hospital in Sugar Land, Texas.
Sheri received her nursing degree at Towson University School of Nursing in 1979 and her Bachelor Degree of Science in Nursing at The University of Texas at Austin School of Nursing in 2012. Sheri is currently pursuing her Master Degree of Science in Nursing at Western Governors University Online Nursing School, which she is expected to complete in 2017. She holds additional certifications as a critical care nurse and a certified cardiovascular registered nurse and remains an active member of the American Nurses Association, the Preventive Cardiovascular Nurses Association, and the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. She attributes her success to her internal desire to be better, always improving, being surrounded by great mentors and making a difference. In her spare time, Sheri enjoys reading and outdoor activities.
