She is a Registered Nurse with 42 years of experience in her field and extensive expertise in all facets of nursing, especially pre-high school nursing. Irene is currently serving as Credentialed School Nurse at the Corcoran Joint Unified School District in Corcoran, California.
Irene received her Nursing degree from the College of the Sequoias in 1975, prior to her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from California State University, Fresno, in 1984. An advocate for continuing education, Irene then acquired her Master of Education degree at Cambridge College in 2007. Irene attributes her success to her passion for nursing. When she is not working, Irene dedicates her spare time to genealogy.
