Traffic: In 2016 about half of all online searches are done on smart phones and the trend is still growing. “People have their Smart phone everywhere they go. Whether they are watching TV, are in a car, are at the beach, the moment that they decide to buy, you want to be at the fingertips of that potential customer,” says Pousson.

Lower Bounce Rate: If your website is not mobile ready, you will have a much higher bounce rate. People will leave if your site is difficult to read, and worse, 40% will visit a competitor’s site instead.

Ready to Buy Customers: The searches conducted on a smart phone are the highest quality of traffic. People using their smart phone to do a search are ready to buy. These searches are done by people on the go and making quick decisions

Professional Appearance: Your website, in many cases- will be the first impression that a potential customer has of your business. If someone finds your business on their smart phone, it will look more professional if your site is mobile-friendly.
