Dr. Walters attended Louisiana State University School of Medicine where he earned his Medical degree in 1970. He subsequently completed his residency training at Walter Reed Army Medical Center, and underwent his fellowship through the American College of Forensic Examiners. Dr. Walters received certification in Psychiatry from the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, and maintains professional memberships with the American Psychiatric Association, the American College of Forensic Examiners, and the American Disability Association. Dr. Walters attributes his success to his hard work and dedication, and when he is not working, enjoys traveling.
