With an upcoming publication in the Worldwide Leaders in Healthcare, Paulette S. Paulson, RN, joins the prestigious ranks of the International Nurses Association. She is a Registered Nurse with thirty-four years of experience in her field and extensive expertise in all facets of nursing, including nurse management. Paulette is currently retired and living in Ohio. Previously, she worked at Truman Medical Center Lakewood in Kansas City, Missouri, for more than 34 years. She was also founder and president of the Women’s Resource Center of E. Jackson County from 2008 until 2011.
Paulette received her Associate of Nursing degree in 1975 at Penn Valley Community College. In 1985, she acquired her Bachelor of Science in nursing degree at Webster University. Furthermore, Paulette was named 2006 Woman of the Year by North Central Business and 2007 Pillar of the Community by Grain Valley Chamber of Commerce. She feels that her success is attributable to her hard work and persistence. When she is not working, she dedicates her spare time to reading, cooking, gardening, and traveling.
