With an upcoming publication in the Worldwide Leaders in Healthcare, Jessica G. Smith, RN, BSN, joins the prestigious ranks of the International Nurses Association. Jessica is a registered nurse with ten years of experience in her field and an extensive expertise in all facets of nursing, especially emergency room nursing, telemetry, and life coaching. Jessica is currently serving as emergency room nurse at Renown Regional Medical Center, as well as a life coach for nurses with a private practice in Reno, Nevada. An active member with the Emergency Nurses Association, Jessica credits her success to her basic desire to help people and to her amazing mentors. She is an active ER nurse and loves the fast pace of the emergency room. As a life coach, Jessica discovered her bigger purpose, which is to help inspire other nurses to find true joy and happiness in all areas of their lives. When she is not helping patients in the emergency room, or helping other nurses to start living fulfilling lives, she enjoys hiking, running, and outdoor activities with her family.
