With recent headlines about athletes deciding to live openly as gay – including NFL prospect Michael Sam and the NBA’s Brooklyn Nets center Jason Collins – outspoken PGA TOUR professional Brandt Snedeker voiced his opinion on the subject ( during a recent taping of Golf Channel’s Feherty show. During his conversation with show host David Feherty, Snedeker states that an openly gay player on the PGA TOUR would have no effect on his play or career, and that it’s encouraging that athletes are taking a stand for what they believe in.
