Helen Rosburg’s animal rescue expansion allows for 26 more kennel runs

New structure will allow more dogs to be rescued and open up interaction space for anyone interested in dogs available for adoption
(PR NewsChannel) / April 20, 2012 / TAMPA, Fla.

Helen A. Rosburg, founder and operator of On the Wings of Angels Rescue, received new permits that will allow a much needed expansion of the rescue facility. The facility will be able to add an additional 26 stalls, making room for new dogs and adding a greater space for prospective adoptees. Rosburg’s self-funded rescue group is located on Rosburg’s 130-acre estate in Odessa, Fla.

On the Wings of Angels Rescue provides shelter and rehabilitation to “last chance” dogs.  Rehabilitation takes place in the form of retraining them through obedience, play, structure, socialization and confidence building. With these newly taught skills, the dogs can be appropriately placed in loving homes with hopes of finding a new purpose in life.

Recently featured on Fox 13 news in Tampa, Rosburg and her up and coming rescue facility is quickly gaining recognition. Rosburg strives to bring awareness of the plight of dogs in our country to everyone. The facility’s expansion brings this promising rescue facility one step closer to its goal.
