The Boston Fracture

"The Boston Fracture" by Hervé Jaubert

Hervé Jaubert explains how and why terrorists operate in a manner that destroys the American political and value system in “The Boston Fracture” (ISBN 1466405619). He says his novel exploits security holes in parts of America.

The mind-wrenching thriller tells the story of FBI agent, Floyd, and his CIA counterpart, Chance, who are in a race to find a suicide submarine. Islamic terrorists want to crash it into a Liquefied gas tanker to create a nuclear explosion like in the Boston Harbor. If Floyd and Chance fail to reach and stop them in time, and the plan goes as follows, the collision could have apocalyptic consequences for not only the city of Boston but the entire United States.

Jaubert says his book isn’t similar to other thriller novels where the hero saves the world. He says “The Boston Fracture” will entice readers with its plot.

“My action thriller ‘The Boston Fracture’ may have a seismic impact in Boston where the vulnerability of LNG tankers has already fueled the controversy over the danger posed to Boston Harbor and surrounding neighborhood,” Jaubert says. “There are some extremists out there who will use the teachings of Islam to justify terrorist attacks.”

Jaubert acknowledges that “The Boston Fracture” may scare many of his readers; however, he hopes that they walk away with much more than just fear. He believes that his work and its fictional yet realistic plot will instill a new awareness and possibly desire for change in the way America, the government and security operate.

“The Boston Fracture” is available for sale online at Amazon.com and other channels.
