Tampa dermatologist Dr. Seth Forman is relocating his Carrollwood dermatology practice to open a new, larger facility that includes added comprehensive treatment options for patients. The new location, also still in Carrollwood, houses the new state of the art Forman Dermatology and Skin Cancer Institute.
“We are excited to open our new Tampa dermatology office and offer the latest services and treatments to the Tampa and Carrollwood residents,” Forman says. “Forman Dermatology and Skin Cancer Institute will offer the treatment options our patients are used to and include some new options.”
The move comes after a recent appearance on the nationally syndicated medical talk show, “The Doctors” where the Tampa dermatologist showcased the revolutionary SRT-100, a nonsurgical radiotherapy treatment for skin cancer. The machine has turned out to be very popular with Forman’s patients.
“We’ve had patients from all over the U.S. visit Forman Dermatology and Skin Cancer Institute for the SRT-100 skin cancer treatment,” says the Tampa dermatologist. “At the new facility, we will continue to offer the same high quality services while maintaining our search for the latest technological advances to serve the Tampa and Carrollwood communities.”
Forman Dermatology and Skin Cancer institute offers the latest treatments for various skin problems, including nonsurgical and surgical treatment for skin cancer, targeted phototherapy for psoriasis, vitiligo and eczema. The Tampa dermatologist also offers cosmetic procedures, including Juvederm, Latisse and Sculptra and is in the process of opening a full service spa.
The new office is located in the Tampa/Carrollwood area, off Dale Mabry and Ehrlich road, at 4915 Ehrlich Road, Tampa, FL 33624.
