I. THE PROMOTION
Sponsor: PR NewsChannel, with main offices located at 1404 W. Fletcher Avenue, Tampa, FL 33612 is sponsoring the “Retweet to Win Contest” (the “Promotion”).
II. PROMOTION PERIOD
The Promotion is valid from 9:00:01 AM (ET) Monday, May 13, 2013 thru 4:31:01 PM (ET) Friday, June 21, 2013.
The only eligible participants in this Promotion are those individuals, in conformance with the legislation of their State of residence, for whom the Promotion and its rules may be valid and legally applicable.
III. ELIGIBILITY
Employees, contractors, directors and officers of PR NewsChannel or its affiliates or associate companies as well as those who assist or work on a permanent basis with PR NewsChannel or in the administration, development, fulfillment and execution of this Promotion, and their immediate, family members are not eligible to participate.
IV. HOW TO PARTICIPATE
Internet access is required to participate. The only way to participate in this Promotion is online by following @prnewschannel´s Twitter page retweeting the Promotion message posted on the @PRNewsChannel Twitter Page located at http://www.twitter.com/prnewschannel. Each week, PR NewsChannel will select at random the Prize winner from the list of followers that retweeted the promotion.
Using a Twitter account, entrant must “retweet” a Twitter message created by PR NewsChannel on entrant’s Twitter feed. Each retweet counts as one “entry.” Multiple entries are accepted and encouraged.
Message that entrants will be asked to retweet will be found every Monday morning, beginning at 9:00:01 am ET on the PR NewsChannel Twitter feed http://www.twitter.com/prnewschannel.
No purchase necessary to enter.
PR NewsChannel cannot be held responsible for tweets that are lost or overlooked due to technical snafus out of PR NewsChannel’s control.
V. PRIZE
One entrant, representing one (1) Twitter feed, will be selected randomly every Friday at 4:30:01 PM (ET) during the contest period to win a prize of a service offered by PR NewsChannel valued at at least $100.
VI. RANDOM DRAWING AND PRIZE REDEMPTION
Odds of winning are based on eligible number of entries. Winners will be selected at random.
Winner will have one week, or until the following Friday at 4:30pm ET, to acknowledge the prize win or the prize will be forfeited in its entirety. The Prize will be delivered via the e-mail address supplied within seven (7) to ten (10) business days after eligibility confirmation. Any change in the Twitter account or e-mail address of the winner is the sole responsibility of the participant. PR NewsChannel is not responsible for any changes in e-mail or physical address. To redeem the Prize, the winner must contact PR NewsChannel as indicated in the e-mail informing the winner of the Prize. New clients will need to create a free account as a condition to claiming the prize.
