Either Bubba predicted what no other legal analyst could or Baez crafted his defense on what he heard on the Bubba 'the Love Sponge' Show.

On April 7, 2010 Bubba states, “(George) you are going to get looped up, because, if she flips before you flip it’s going to be all bad. You could be an accessory, so why not live the last 25, 30 years of your life a free man?”

Bubba has supported his hypothesis numerous times in the past 18 months leading up to the May 24th statement made by Casey Anthony defense attorney Jose Baez. An entire defense based unequivocally on abuse and manipulation at the hands of George Anthony.

Baez revealed Casey Anthony had suffered sexual abuse from the age of 8 years old and was taught to lie without conscience. He went on to state that Caylee Anthony in fact drowned in the family pool on July 16, 2008 and that the entire incident was controlled and covered up by none other than George Anthony himself.

“None of the so called “legal experts” on television predicted the route the defense would take. My strong opinions in this case reflect my ability to see through con artists and manipulators like Casey Anthony,” says Clem. “I called the defense plan a year and a half ago and discussed it numerous times on my show. To my listeners, Baez’s defense theory is old news. George Anthony should have cooperated with the state, now, he’s solidly the scapegoat. I knew that Casey would see her father as her only way out.”
