Bay News 9 reporter Jason Lanning interviews Ivy Norwood of All State Homes in Plant City.

PR NewsChannel) / July 15, 2008 / Tampa, Fla. - The on your site builder, Tampa-based All State Homes, will be featured in a "Special Assignement" report scheduled to air Monday evening on Bay News 9, owned and operated by Bright House Networks, ThePublicityAgency.com announced today.

The report focuses on All State Homes customer Patricia Craddock who once lived in a mobile home, but now has managed to become the envy of neighbors and friends, says Glenn Selig, the Florida publicist who represents All State Homes.

Craddock, he says, traded up to a concrete block home.

As she hears stories of families losing their houses to foreclosure, she has managed to upgrade her home life.  She knocked down that old mobile home and she and her husband built their dream home.  And, not only that, they just finished construction on an in-law suite for her family.

She is one of the many mobile home owners who are driving the construction market, says All State Homes, the Tampa homebuilder.

“They saved on paying an expensive mortgage and they managed to sock away money and build equity in the property,” says Ivy Norwood of All State Homes.  “They’re the ones who have the money to build right now.  Mobile home owners are some of our biggest and best customers.”

Bright House Networks is the nation’s 6th largest multiple system operator (MSO) with over 2 million customers in several large markets including; Bakersfield, California; Birmingham, Alabama; Detroit, Michigan; Indianapolis, Indiana, Orlando, Florida (Central Florida Division) and Tampa Bay, Florida along with several other smaller systems in Alabama and the Florida Panhandle.  The high-growth Tampa/Central Florida markets are contiguous and form one of the country’s largest cable clusters.

The story, reported by Jason Lanning, airs throughout the evening beginning at 5pm ET on Bay News 9.
