-Served on Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs Committee of the International Associations of Chiefs of Police (IACP)
-Board of Directors of the National HIDTA Director’s Association
-Retired Assistant Chief at the Bureau of Narcotics Enforcement in the California Department of Justice after serving 32 years.
