She is a Registered Nurse with 55 years of experience in her field and an extensive expertise in all facets of nursing, especially nursing education. Inax is currently serving patients at Stevenson University in Owings Mills, Maryland.
Inax received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing in 1970 from the University of Arizona, followed by her Master of Science degree in Nursing from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1972. An advocate for continuing education, Inax obtained her PhD in Philosophy from the University of Maryland in 1998. Inax maintains a professional membership with the American Nurses Association, and the National League of Nurses. Furthermore, she is the recipient of the Book of the Year Award- American Journal of Nursing in 2007, and the Book of the Year Award- American Medical Writers Association in 2008. Inax attributes her success to being a great role model and being inspired by her students. When she is not working, Inax dedicates her free time to reading and photography.
