Now retired, Dr. Spinney was formerly affiliated with Jersey Shore Hospital and Williamsport Regional Medical Center. With a career spanning 41 years, Dr. Spinney specializes in pulmonary medicine, acute care, geriatric care, and internal medicine.
Dr. Spinney graduated with her Medical degree from the University of the Philippines, followed by an internship at the New York Infirmary, a residency at Beth Israel Medical Center, and pulmonary fellowships at Beth Israel and Bellevue Hospitals. She maintains longtime professional memberships with the American Medical Association, Pennsylvania Medical Association, and the American Thoracic Society. Furthermore, Dr. Spinney is a recipient of the Kiwanis Humanitarian Award, and a special commendation from the House of Representatives and Senate.
Dr. Spinney attributes her success to fully dedicating herself to her career and staying involved in her community. In her retirement, Dr. Spinney enjoys singing in churches and choirs.
