Julie is a Certified Massage Therapist working at The Massage Zone and Strada Salon & Day Spa in San Jose, CA. Serving the community since 1998, she specializes in massage therapy, cosmetology, and mind/body/spirit harmony.
Julie obtained a Bachelor Degree in Psychology in February 2015 from South University and completed a 6 month internship at Starlight Community Services. She is a member of the “Unstoppable Women of Silicon Valley.” She participates at the local Holistic and Soulful Arts Fair with Sheree Garrett every year at the Community of Infinite Spirit, with a goal of creating community connections and camaraderie.
Julie attributes her success to her mentor Rayna Lumbard who inspired Julie to do positive psychology, her aunt Joyce Cusick and her uncle Carl who have supported her in her last 3 years of college. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family, enjoying time outdoors, and furthering her education in the healing arts.
