These kitchen knives are hand made by experienced craftsmen in Sakai City, Osaka Prefecture. The area is well known for kitchen knives that use the highly prized “Yasuki Shirogami Nigo Steel” manufactured in the Yasuki Factory of Hitachi Metals. The set is made up of two basic types of kitchen knives, and comes with a hard, protective case.

Seiichi Kamata, owner of Kamata Hakensha, personally sharpens these kitchen knives with extra attention to detail. This type of dedication has led to wide support from chefs all around the world.
