Global Village Champions Foundation Christmas in JanuaryGlobal Village Champions Foundation (GVCF), the nonprofit working to knock out hunger and provide humanitarian aid founded by philanthropist Yank Barry and boxing legend Muhammad Ali, and Jeunesse Kids today announced that three-time Pro Bowl placekicker Nick Lowery (New England Patriots, Kansas City Chiefs, New York Jets), national radio host Mia Wesbrooks and prolific manager Jimmy Walker, the founder of Celebrity Fight Night and CEO of Walker Finance, LLC in Phoenix will participate in Christmas in January in Phoenix. All Global Village Champions, the trio will serve 1,000 meals at the St. Vincent de Paul dining hall as part of the “Christmas in January” celebration.

Following Christmas and New Year’s, food pantries run short on food due to high demand from the holidays.

As part of the Christmas in January event, GVCF and Jeunesse Kids will also donate an additional 25,000 meals to St. Vincent de Paul.
